HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?
Orders ship within 1-3 business days after purchase. Please note that ordering a PRE-ORDER item will result in shipping delays as the item will be available to ship at a later date. Shipping transit time will generally vary between 2-8 business days depending on your location. Most orders are received within 3-5 business days of placing an orders.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will send a return label once approved and item or items can be returned. Fashion Jue Boutique is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping pack your items.
