Return and Exchange Policy

All MARKDOWNS/SALE items are FINAL SALE

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.  Fashion Jue Boutique does NOT offer refunds; however, we will offer a store credit which you can use towards a future purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the email confirmation receipt or proof of purchase. 

Return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels.

To start a return, contact us at fashionjue@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you an email of instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of delivery. Please contact us through via email at fashionjue@gmail.com and provide your name and order number and photo of item in your email. 

Fashion Jue Boutique is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your items.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

Store Credits

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and we will let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you'll receive an email with your store credit. Please allow 7-10 business days to process your return and issue a store credit. We hope to continue being your provider when considering your clothing & accessories needs.
