Shipping Policy Updated November 12, 2023
We provide domestic shipping via ground UPS. Some items are shipped directly from our warehouse and may use shipping providers such as USPS or DHL. We charge a flat shipping fee of $6.99. Domestic customers with orders over $150.00 will receive free shipping. International shipping options are not currently offered, although we plan to offer world-wide shipping in the near future.
You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking link once your order ships. If inaccurate or incomplete addresses information is provided, it may delay processing. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to prevent any possible delays. We recommend inputting a shipping address where you know you or someone else will be available to accept the package when it arrives.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once UPS, USPS, or DHL has marked your package as delivered. By completing a purchase with us you are agreeing to our full shipping and deliveries policy.
Tracking Orders
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed to the email address provided during the checkout process. Please allow 1-3 business days of processing your order then you will receive a shipping confirmation. You will also receive a second email notification once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number. Additionally, you may log into your Fashion Jue customer account to view tracking information.

Fashion Jue is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. All domestic shipping has $100.00 insurance through UPS.
